Description

VUIT is a real estate developer born from the merger of two companies, specialising in the acquisition and rehabilitation of properties in poor condition, as well as the promotion of new construction projects. It is a company rooted in Mallorca that aims to connect with both local and international audiences while preserving its Mediterranean essence. Its mission is to maintain the charm and authenticity of the island in every project, even as it expands into new horizons.

This project involved the creation of the complete brand identity, including the name, logo and visual identity. With a name inspired by the Catalan word ‘vuit’, meaning eight, representing the eight founding partners and the architectural concept of the eight vertices of a cube, UVIT embodies balance, precision and vision. The brand icon features two overlapping squares forming an abstract cube, symbolising both the company's architectural approach and the unification of two previously separate companies.  The colour palette - terracotta, black and white - represents a balance between modernity and connection to the earth, while the use of a primary sans serif and secondary serif typeface creates a harmony between simplicity and elegance. This cohesive approach to branding establishes VUIT as a modern, reliable brand rooted in the real estate market.
